Bokshatin is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered during return shipment.

If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective item, we will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping support, depending on the situation and applicable law.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or returnable under applicable consumer protection law:

  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Items with makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

If your order received free standard shipping, there is no standard shipping amount to refund.

If only part of an order is returned, only the approved returned item or items will be refunded.


9. Exchanges
